The manufacturing and shipping process for your customized rug typically takes between 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order confirmation. This includes designing, manufacturing, quality assurance, and shipping to your address.

What payment methods do you accept for custom rug orders?

For international customers, we accept PayPal as a secure payment option. For customers in India, we accept UPI, as well as credit and debit card payments.

What materials are available for custom rugs?

We primarily use wool for manufacturing all our rugs. However, we also offer customization options with a variety of yarns including viscose, pet yarn, silk, polyester, mohair wool, jute, and more based on specific requirements.

Is there a minimum or maximum size for custom rugs?

No, there are no minimum or maximum size restrictions for custom rugs. We can accommodate a wide range of sizes based on your preferences and requirements.

Can I return or exchange a custom rug if I'm not satisfied?

We offer returns or exchanges only in the case of defects. If you notice any defect in your custom rug, please report it within 3 days of delivery. Depending on the nature of the defect, we may offer a full refund or exchange. To expedite the resolution process, we recommend customers make an unpacking video upon receiving the rug, as we also record videos of each rug before packing.

Can I cancel my custom rug order before it's shipped?
